Rules and regulations

  1. School fees should be fully paid in the bank before the term begins. NOTE: No cash, bank drafts or cheques will be allowed in the school.
     
  2. A parent shall be at liberty to choose the mode of transport to be used by his/her child that shall be made clear to the school. Liability shall be dependent on the mode of transport used.
     
  3. A pupil must be dressed in appropriate school uniform while at school. School uniform is only available at school.
     
  4. Punctuality must always be observed. Arrival time is 7:30a.m latest and departure 5:00p.m for P1-P6. No child will be allowed in school beyond 6:30p.m
    save for ONLY P.7 pupils.
    A penalty of 10,000/= will be imposed on the parent/guardian for late collection of their Children.
     
  5. All other school requirements like books, pencils, pens, reams of paper etc should also be availed to the pupil at the beginning of every term.
     
  6. A child must observe cleanliness at all times and this is compulsory. It includes, among others; body, uniform, books, bags and a hankie.
     
  7. The pupil must meet the set school academic standard. All home works must be done and duly inspected and signed by the parent or guardian daily.
     
  8. Use of vulgar language is strictly prohibited, and may lead to indefinite suspension.
     
  9. Fighting, bullying, stealing and any other form of antisocial behaviour is forbidden.
     
  10. A child is accountable to any damage or loss of school property.
     
  11. Being a day school, we have a full time nurse that provides ONLY first aid.
     
  12. A parent should always be readily available if summoned in case a child has broken any of the rules above.
     
  13. The school administration is doing whatever it takes to ensure security and safety on all children while at school. In case of any an unfortunate occurrence where a child sustains injuries during the premises and/or in sports, he/she shall receive first aid from the school nurse. Where the severity of the case exceeds the attention of the nurse, the parent will be called in to take the child for a better medical attention. In case of emergency, the school will rush the child to a bigger health centre where the parent will be liable for all the bills there of.
